How does the zoom consultation work?

I will set up a Zoom meeting and email you the link

We conduct the training consultation just as we would face to face. I can couch you through the training exercises from my house while you practice in yours.

I then send you a detailed lesson plan with training video tutorials.
It’s straightforward and relaxed as well as being effective and efficient.

Your Trainer
Melissa Hartnack will be your trainer through out the online puppy school course and is the owner of Cambridge Dog Services. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to dog training, especially puppies.
Melissa has been teaching face to face puppy classes for the last 5 years and now she is taking you through everything she knows to help you raise a happy and confident puppy.
Melissa is a member of IMDT and makes sure that she is up to date with the latest scienfic training strategies.
Frequently Asked Questions
How old should my puppy be?
We recommend to start training your puppy as early as possible. Our training program is suitable for puppies ages 8 weeks up to 20 weeks old.
How long is the course?
Our program is designed to be completed over a 6 week period. However you can take your time and go at your own pace.
There are plenty of tutorials and resources to help you as well as access to your trainer throughout the course.
How long do I get access for?
You will have access to the Puppy School for 6 months and access to our FB group for as long as you choose.
What if I get stuck?
You can contact us through the private FB group or via email and we will be happy to assist you.
Do you offer one to one training?
Yes we offer 1 hour private video consultations to help you and your new puppy settle in. We can talk through how you can puppy proof your home, look at your puppy pen and crate set up and get the whole family involved in training.
