What is a Train for you Session?

​

This unique service is where a qualified dog trainer will take your dog out and train them to either walk nicely on a lead, improve your dog's recall or work on important impulse control skills such as leave it, drop, emergency stop command around birds and other wild life or stop jumping up at people passing by.​

Have you been struggling with training your dog, even after getting a trainer to show you the ropes?

Often getting a trainer in to help you is the best way to see faster results. This is certenly not a poor reflection on you, we know that dog training takes a lot of effort, precise timing of rewards and consistency, and some dog owners just don't know where to start! This is where we can help. We can help offload and do all the hard work for you.

How does a Train for you session work?

​

Each Train4You session is 45 minutes long. A qualified trainer will come to your home and take your dog from there. Whether it be to your local park to work on recall around distractions or around your local area for some loose lead training. 
 

The first session and last session are with the dog and owners. We will go through what you would like the trainer to work on and do some practical training so that we are all on the same page and using the practical skills.

Train for you can assist with:

• Recall

• Confidence building 

• Stop jumping up on people passing by on walks

• Scentwork

The package we offer:

​

Bronze - includes 2 sessions per week for 4 weeks.
WhatsApp support for the duration of the training. After each session you will get short notes and video footage from the session. Small amount of homework to help with the progress of the training.

1-2-1 session on the 1st and 8th session. The first session will go through the training plan and some practical exercises. The 8th session will be the handover sessions where I will show you what we have been working on and how you can carry the training going forward. 
 

Price: £480 ( £60 per session)

Silver - 16 sessions over a 8 week period.
 

WhatsApp support for the duration of the training. After each session you will get short notes and video footage from the session. Small amount of homework to help with the progress of the training.
 

1-2-1 sessions on 1st, 15th and 16th session. The first session will go through the training plan and some practical exercises. The 15th and 16th session will be the handover sessions where I will show you what we have been working on and how you can carry the training going forward.

Price: £900 ( saving £60)

WhatsApp Support - Allows you to message me daily and send over videos of you training for feedback.

Handover Session - This is where you join me, the trainer. I will show you the training we have been working on, how you will implement the training progress going forward and to make sure you understand all the training so that you can apply it on the walks.
